Make it so that after typing for several seconds all options and menus disapear UNTIL the mouse is moved.

I love this software for writing. Once I purchase a new computer I intend to buying this software (thank you for the reasonable price)...if you fix a few things first.
It is very irritating when I begin to type, have all the options nicely fade away so that there is nothing but my writing project remaining, and then have the options pop back up again within seconds. Please create an option that will allow the user to toggle for the options and menus ti entirely disappear until the mouse is moved.
